Materials

Cassia
Cassia is a high nutrition value herbal. There is a positive effect for eyes, reduce fat, prevent cardiovascular diseases, soften blood vessels, clear the bowel etc. The pre-weekend using cooked cassia in order to reduce the influence of clear the bowel. The cooked cassia is also good for liver.

Macha
From ShizuokaPre-weekend uses Shizuoka macha. This kind of japan macha brings a special colour , favour and tea sweet in baking process.

Brown Sugar
From Master Ng Bao ChunWe use traditional Brown sugar making method by using Longan wood to cook it. Finally, we made a unique brown sugar with special favour and popular in Taiwan. In Tainan guang shan li, there was a village near a Reservoir, it spends a 100 year to be a well known village until this kind of brown sugar developed.

Winter Melon Tea
From Tainan Yee Fung
Winter melon tea not only with sweet favour but also with fragrance favour. We use traditional method from the selecting winter melon to cut it and making it with tea. We spend 3 days to sterilize, washing, boiling and adding sugar on it. Although it is complicated process, it remains the most traditional tea favour.
